This post is here for two reasons, one relating to the simple fact that Oliver here has a certain way of affecting technology and the other relating to his caretaker personality.

Machines, for those unaware, have a habit of fritzing out a bit around him, which means that Oliver's communicator is going to be pretty unreliable and any other machinery nearby might also have some issues. So, for your convenience and mine, please leave a comment here if

A. You would like your character to witness one of those smaller, less public instances of Oliver's communicator turning itself on and off without his knowledge. On top of mundane tasks and conversations, it's also likely to catch him pacing the attic and/or monologuing, so I am totally up to plotting out some fun with that.

B. Does your character have any form of technology/machinery on their person (aside from their communicator) that they were allowed to keep and that Oliver might noticeably affect? This could be as simple as a watch stopping or going backwards or whatever, which would pretty well signal that something weird is going on around this guy, or as major as, say, Tony Stark not being able to interact with Oliver in person because Ollie's presence causes a heart murmur.

Another matter is that Oliver canonically makes a habit out of caring for other people more thoroughly than he cares for himself, which might mean risking his life for someone else, giving someone else a share of his rations, pretending his own problems aren't as bad as they are so that someone else's are tended ahead of his, etc. However, he's also highly empathetic and has a preternatural sense of character, so don't make the mistake of thinking he's an easy person to take advantage of. The important thing is

C. What sort of surface personality does your character exhibit and, if this is just a front, do they have any sort of tells that might indicate that fact? Are they essential a good person or are their motives generally a bit shady?

D. If your character needed help, how willing would they be to admit it or accept it?

E. Is there anything else about your character that you feel like I need to know?

I have a huge tension headache, so this post may change once I can think a bit better but there you go.

A. Sure!
B. Nope
C. No fronts, Darwin is a genuinely fun-loving, protective guy.
D. Less likely to ask for help from strangers.

For both Jesse and Stiles (stiling).

A. Sure!
B. Not besides the communicators.
C. Jesse exudes a pretty tough guy cover on top of everything - he acts like a badass uncaring kind of person and he tries to stick to it pretty thoroughly, but there's a lot of holes in that cover, particularly prevalent when someone gets hurt. He's a huge softie underneath the ghetto boy exterior.

Stiles is pretty much what you see is what you get. He hides a lot of his more problematic feelings, and sometimes it's not so easy to tell when he's actually fine or when he's faking fine, but he'll say it's the same either way. He's flaily, he's excitable, he's got pretty awful ADHD so he's all over the place, but he's friendly despite the sarcasm.

D. Depends on the help. Both of them are pretty stubborn about fixing problems on their own, but if anything big or life-threatening pops up, they're likely to cave.

E. Jesse's a meth addict; he's not always high here but he is quite a bit. Until he runs out, that is.

This is for Castiel, Kobra Kid and Ruby

A. Sure, but Ruby's the only one who's likely to really respond

B. Nope

C. Cas - He's somewhat cold and insensitive on the outside sometimes and a good measure inhuman. I don't know that he has normal tells, since he's not human, but it is clear from real observation that it's not by intent. He just doesn't know what is appropriate to say.

Ruby - She's friendly and kind, if a bit skittish, and it isn't an act, though she may be a little too clearly hiding something.

KK - Dick on the outside with tells that he's probably less of a dick than that when it really comes down to it, but not that much less.

D. Ruby might admit that she needs help.

E. Cas not being human is a huge flag and KK has some atypical brain weirdness.

Dean
A. Sure. If you want, he could become suspicious in a more hunter-y way about it.
B. Nope, no technology, other than his communicator.
C. Dean's kind of -- he can be a goof, and gruff, and friendly, and then he can turn deadly when it's necessary. At his core, he has good intentions. I don't know if he has tells? Usually I think it'll come across.
D. Not willing to admit or accept it if it was something he personally needed (versus help to put a plan together, etc.)
E. Iii don't think so!

Bruce
A. Sure. He's more likely to be amused with a side order of interested.
B. Nope, no technology, other than his communicator.
C. Bruce is usually a picture of calm, but inside there's a lot of things going on. He's famously "always angry," which usually boils down to bitterness, frustration, and a dose of self-loathing. His kindness is sincere. The Hulk, when he's not in a rampage, also has good intentions -- he isn't actually interested in smashing everything until he's been cornered, though he will also rise to a challenge for ego reasons (the strongest there is!!!). When he is rampaging, he's just blind rage -- nothing else, though eventually he'll start to want to just escape and get away from everyone and everything.
D. Yyyyes, I think so!
E. He does turn into the Hulk, idk if that would be something that he could sense that's "off" or "extra" about him.

a. yes! she also wants to see them in person but we've chatted about that.

b. nope, unfortunately just toy dinosaurs without technology at all.

c. River's surface personality is essentially what she's feeling at the moment UNLESS she's trying rather hard to hold her composure for some reason or another. She's essentially a 'good' person (more neutral, really, but not cruel or vindictive) and definitely not shady.

d. admitting it would be easy if she could just manage the language. accepting it from a trusted source is even easier.

e. I think you know everything?

For Wallie:

A. Sure.
B. Wallie has nothing more technologically advanced than a sword, so no.
C. Wallie is friendly and laid-back, and for the most part that's true, but he has echoes of his body's previous occupant from time to time, and this often translates into terrible violent raaaage.
D. He doesn't mind admitting he needs help. He'll take it if it's offered.
E. Unrelated to everything here but HE HAS TATTOOS. ON HIS FACE. THAT ARE NOT IN HIS ICONS. He has seven swords on his forehead. And some smaller eyelid tattoos.

For Daneel:

A. Sure, again.
B. Daneel is a robot. So. Uh. Oliver might have to stay away. :( Either that or Daneel will talk like a drunk person around him.
C. Daneel is outwardly pretty completely neutral/calm at all times unless he's having serious difficulties processing something, in which case he's pretty obviously not doing well (stuttering, slurring, difficulty walking).
D. He kind of doesn't ask for help. At all. Ever. But he'd rather take it than risk offending.
E. That about sums it up. ROBOT.
